This Bach flower remedy is indicated for shock following traumatic events such as an accident, bad news or loss of someone close to you. It helps to unblock the passage of grief and alleviates the pain and sorrow.

Directions: Take 4 drops in still spring water a minimum of 4 times a day. Can also be diluted and dropped neat on the tongue or rubbed into the lips, temples or wrists.
